The general terms and conditions of the inty.si web portal are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot9), based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Based on Article 24 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals in on the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC or GDPR and international e-business codes. The website is managed by the company Tibas3 doo. Please read in detail the general conditions and the privacy policy, which determine the registration and use of the inty.si website.

Upon registration in the system, the visitor obtains a user name, which is the same as his e-mail address and his password. By registering, the visitor becomes a user of extremeintimo.si services and acquires the right to purchase. The password is secret and known only to the user. The user is obliged to provide authentic data and data security, so that only he or a person authorized to act on his behalf will act on his behalf and with his password.

The general business conditions deal with the business relationship between the provider and the customer.

Access to information

(summary of legislation)

The provider undertakes to always provide the customer with the following information:

a) company identity (company name and registered office, register number),
b) contact information that enables the user to communicate quickly and efficiently (e-mail, telephone),
c) essential characteristics of goods or services (including after-sales services and guarantees),
d) product availability (each product or service offered on the website should be available within a reasonable time),
e) conditions of delivery of the product or performance of the service (method, place and deadline of delivery),
f) all prices must be clearly and unambiguously specified and it must be clearly shown whether they already include taxes and transport costs,
g) method of payment and delivery,
h) the time validity of the offer and the period within which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal,
j) explanation of the complaint procedure, including all information about the contact person or customer service department.

Offer of articles

Due to the nature of the business, the range of items and prices are subject to change without prior notice. The prices are presented as an online price that applies to online purchases in the case of 100% cash payment or pre-invoice payment by bank transfer to TRR.

We take care of the satisfaction of our customers mainly by carefully and up-to-date input of accurate information about our offer, special attention to the needs of our customers and efforts to solve problems, misunderstandings and complications; availability for additional explanations and assistance before, during and after the purchase.

Method of payment

The provider allows the following payment methods:

  • a) with cash on delivery - the online price applies
  • b) by transfer to the account of the manager of the online portal – Tibas3 doo, according to the preliminary invoice/offer - the online price applies
  • c) Paypal - online price applies
  • d) Mastercard and Visa payment cards

The provider issues an invoice to the buyer, with detailed costs and instructions on how to withdraw from the purchase and return the products, if necessary and possible.

The purchase contract (order) is stored in electronic form on the provider's server and is accessible to the buyer at any time in his user profile (My profile/my account).

Prices

All prices are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity period.

The prices are valid in the case of payment with the above-mentioned payment methods, under the above-mentioned conditions. Despite our best efforts to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information, it may happen that the price information is incorrect. In this case, or in the event that the price of the item changes during the processing of the order, the provider will allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase, and at the same time the provider will offer the buyer a solution that will be mutually satisfactory.

The price list and stock of items is tied to the supplier's base and is subject to change without prior notice. The price and stock database is updated once a day, so the data from different advertising channels is not always accurate, as their databases are updated only once a day.

The purchase contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded the moment the provider confirms the order. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer.

Purchase process

1) After submitting the order, the buyer receives a notification by e-mail that the order has been accepted into the queue. At this step, the buyer has the opportunity to cancel the order within one hour. The customer can always access comprehensive information on the status and content of the order on the provider's website.
2) If the buyer does not cancel the order, the order goes into further processing. When the provider reviews the order, he checks the availability of the ordered items and confirms the order or rejects it with a reason. The provider can call the customer on his contact phone number to check the data or ensure the accuracy of the delivery. The contract for the purchase of the ordered items between the buyer and the provider is irrevocably concluded at this stage.
3) The provider prepares the goods, sends them or prepares for personal collection and informs the buyer about this by e-mail.

The right to withdraw from the purchase, return the goods

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the buyer has the right to notify the seller that he will return the purchased goods (to the contact e-mail address) at the latest within 30 days of receiving the goods and to return them at the same time.

The goods must be returned undamaged and in the same quantity, unless the goods are destroyed, damaged, lost or their quantity has decreased through no fault of the consumer. The goods must have a copy of the invoice attached, and the goods must be equipped with the original tags and hangers. The goods must be returned in their original packaging.

Any return costs are covered by the buyer. Upon return, the buyer can request a refund of the purchase price, which the seller returns to his transaction account no later than 15 days after receiving the returned goods.
The Inty online store also allows you to exchange the purchased item or purchase goods of the same value as the returned goods.

The buyer can send the products by post or via GLS easy returns (<a href="https://posljipaket.si/">send a package</a>.</u></p). Return costs are borne by the buyer. If the return is made via GLS easy returns, the return cost of €3.90 will be deducted from the purchase price of the goods, which will be returned to the buyer's bank account.

The refund will be made within 15 days of receiving the shipment. In the event that the order was paid for with a payment card or cash on delivery, the buyer is obliged to provide the details of his bank account, where the purchase price can be returned (the details can be added to the invoice in the package or sent to the e-mail: info@inty.si).

Return of damaged shipments:

In the event that the package is physically damaged, its contents are missing or it shows signs of being opened, the buyer must initiate a complaint procedure with the delivery service that delivered the goods (Pošta Slovenije or GLS). This is done by bringing the package to the nearest post office in the same condition as received (without adding or removing anything) and fill out the complaint record. Together with Pošta Slovenije or GLS, we will ensure that the complaint is resolved in the shortest possible time.


Delivery and collection of the shipment

The provider will deliver the goods or services within the agreed time. The contractual partners for the delivery of shipments ordered through the portal extremeintimo.si are Pošta Slovenije and GLS. For all ordered goods, we charge for delivery within the territory of the country of Slovenia depending on the weight, quantity or value of your order. In the event that the buyer does not collect the goods within the agreed time and re-delivery is required, the buyer will be charged double the cost of delivering the goods, regardless of the amount of the order.

Safety

The provider uses appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transfer and storage of personal data and payments.

Protection of personal data

The provider undertakes to permanently protect all personal data of the user. The provider will use personal data exclusively for the purposes of fulfilling the order (sending informative material, offers, invoices) and other necessary communication. Under no circumstances will the user's data be given to unauthorized persons. The user himself is also responsible for the protection of personal data, namely by ensuring the security of his username and password and the appropriate software (anti-virus) protection of his computer.

Communication

The provider will contact the user via means of remote communication only if the user does not expressly object to this.

Advertising emails will contain the following components:

a) they will be clearly and unambiguously marked as advertising messages,
b) the sender will be clearly visible,
c) various campaigns, promotions and other marketing techniques will be marked as such. Also, the conditions of participation in them will be clearly defined,
d) the method of unsubscribing from receiving advertising messages will be clearly presented,
e) the provider will expressly respect the user's wish not to receive advertising messages.

Disclaimer

The provider makes every effort to ensure that the information published on its pages is up-to-date and correct. Nevertheless, the characteristics of the items, the delivery time or the price can change so quickly that the provider fails to correct the information on the web pages. In such a case, the provider will inform the customer about the changes and allow him to withdraw from the order or exchange the ordered item. Although the provider tries to provide accurate photos of the items for sale, all photos should be taken as symbolic. Photos do not guarantee product features. The provider reserves the right to change the business conditions at any time and in any way, regardless of the reason and without prior warning.

Complaints and disputes

We will handle every complaint and reclamation in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

The provider complies with applicable consumer protection legislation. The provider makes every effort to fulfill its duty to establish an efficient system for dealing with complaints and to designate a person with whom, in case of problems, the buyer can contact by phone or e-mail. The complaint is submitted via the e-mail address info@inty.si. The appeal process is confidential. Within five working days, the provider will confirm that it has accepted the complaint, inform the customer how long it will take to process it and keep him informed about the progress of the procedure.

The provider is aware that an essential feature of a consumer dispute, at least as far as judicial resolution is concerned, is its disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute itself. This is also the main obstacle for the consumer not to initiate a dispute before the court. Therefore, the provider makes every effort to resolve any disputes amicably.

By using the inty.si website, the user agrees to the general terms of use published on this website. On this site, the user can regularly monitor any changes to the general conditions and, consequently, the method and purpose of processing the collected personal data.
