To sign up for e-news, the online store si.extremeintimo.com collects the following data: first and last name, e-mail address, IP, in case the user signs up as a registered member, as well as address and telephone. After sending the form with the email address, the user receives a confirmation message to the indicated address - by confirming this, he is registered for the e-news of the si.extremeintimo.com online store until cancellation. You can request to unsubscribe from e-newsletters in writing at any time. He may request that the controller of personal data permanently or temporarily ceases to use his personal data for direct marketing purposes. The request will be granted within 15 days from the date of receipt of the request, as prescribed by law. The user can also request the transfer of data or familiarization with them. In case the user wants to delete the user account, the e-mail must contain the following information: the title of the message should be "Delete user account"; the content of the order must include the user's first and last name, address and email address with which the user registered; the message must be sent from the email address with which the user is registered as a registered member.

In accordance with Article 86 of the ZDDV, the online store as a taxable person must ensure that invoices relating to the supply of goods or services in the territory of Slovenia are kept for at least 10 years after the end of the year to which the invoices refer - this also includes the storage of data that are on the account.
